L.o.v.e Yourself First

First things first,

Love begins and ends with you. You are required to love yourself first before you can truly seek love in another person.

If you love yourself unconditionally and show up for yourself, it teaches others how to love you and show up for you too.

Although, easier said than done as It can be hard navigating this.

We want so desperately to be loved, accepted and cherished by another, sometimes we forget to keep our boundaries intact or forget to surrender to the fact that if it's meant to be, it will be regardless. No amount of begging, pushing/pulling or persuading will make someone yours or choose to commit to you whole-heartedly.

Focus on you and your self-love, healing your inner child and giving yourself everything you've ever wanted and truly deserve. I cannot stress this enough: "it all begins and ends with you."
